UH To Sell Remaining Sugar Bowl Tickets
Online & In New Orleans

Sugar Bowl Seating Chart

The University of Hawai`i is selling its remaining Allstate Sugar Bowl tickets through etickethawaii.com and at its bowl ticket office in the Marriott New Orleans (outside Preservation Hall on the second floor).

Customers will be limited to six tickets and those purchasing tickets online will need to pick up their tickets at the Louisiana Superdome Will Call window the day of the game.

"Now that we have taken care of ticket requests from our season-ticket holders and UH fans in Hawaii, we're going to make the remaining tickets available to mainland fans and members of the general public," Herman Frazier, UH athletics director, said. "We have worked diligently though this process to take care of our affinity groups, while also doing our best to help other fans secure tickets."

More than 100 tickets were purchased by members of the general public in Hawaii during the two days that tickets were available exclusively at the Stan Sheriff Center Box Office to individuals with a Hawaii driver's license.

Seat locations for the remaining tickets will be determined based on the order in which the tickets are purchased.

The UH ticket office does not have an exact number of tickets remaining for sale, since they are continuing to reconcile tickets from various lists, according to Walter Watanabe, UH ticket manager. "The ticket count is fluid but we'll make as many tickets available as possible."

Allstate Sugar Bowl Updates

Coach Jones Calls For
"White Out" At Bowl Game

Whiteout

The Allstate Sugar Bowl is more than a week away but Head Coach June Jones has already called his first play. And, this one is for the fans.

Jones is calling for a “White Out” in the UH sections and is asking all UH fans in attendance at the Superdome to wear a white shirt. Georgia Head Coach Mark Richt has called for Bulldog fans to wear black shirts.

“This is something that both the UH and Georgia fans can have some fun with and it will be unique to our game,” Jones said. “UH fans can wear green shirts around New Orleans during the week to show their UH pride and then sport a white one at the bowl game.”

The UH football team has been designated as the visiting team and will wear its white jerseys. Georgia, designated the home team, will wear black jerseys.

“We’re in favor of whatever will help motivate our team and rally our fans,” Herman Frazier, UH athletics director, said. “This is an incredible opportunity for our entire state, so we want everyone to enjoy themselves and revel in our team’s success.”
