UH wraps up its tournament schedule with the Verizon Wireless Volleyball Challenge beginning Sept. 8, hosting University of the Pacific, Rice, and NCAA Tournament participant Cincinnati. The Rainbow Wahine face Rice the opening night of the tournament, followed by UOP and Cincinnati.
The Rainbow Wahine host Pepperdine in back-to-back matches on Sept. 16 and 17 before opening the WAC season on the road against Idaho (Sept. 22) and Utah State (Sept. 24). Hawai'i will look to atone for its loss to Utah State in last season's WAC Tournament final. In the midst of conference play, the UH will host a pair of matches against Notre Dame (Oct. 17 & 18).
The WAC schedule features home and road matches, ending with the WAC Tournament, beginning Nov. 21. For the third-straight year the WAC Tournament will be held at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
