Prep: A 2008 graduate of the Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, O`ahu…lettered three years in volleyball and one year in track and field…named the Volleyball magazine High School National Player of the Year…named the No. 5 top senior on the prepvolleyball.com Senior Aces list…three-time state Player of the Year…three-time Gatorade state volleyball Player of the Year…also three-time all-state and all-conference honoree…led her high school to three straight state and conference championships (2005-07)…team was ranked No. 4 in the final 2007 prepvolleyball.com national high school rankings…played three years of club volleyball for ‘Imi ‘Ike…qualified for the 18-open at the Junior Olympics Volleyball Festival all three years, leading the team to a silver-medalist finish in 2008…won the state championship in the high jump during her only year of competition in track and field.
National Team: Played for the United States Youth National Team in 2005 and ’06…helped U.S. win the 2006 NORCECA Girls Youth Continental championship…earned Best Receiver awards in the tournament.
Personal: Born in Honolulu, O`ahu…plans to major in kinesiology…has three sisters…parents are Melody and William Danielson of Ewa Beach, O`ahu.
