Pre-Game Note: With 2:00 remaining in pre-game, UH held a moment of silence for those affected by the terrorist attacks in Paris on Nov. 13.
 
SERIES INFORMATION: Hawai‘i and San José State met for the 48th time and 14th time in Honolulu
— with the loss, SJSU pulls ahead 19-18-1 in the series and extends the Spartans’ record in Honolulu to 12-12.
— With the loss, the Hawai‘i program record drops to 536-436-25 (.550), and 448-277-22 (.614) at home.
—The Hawai‘i losing skid extends to nine (9) games, which ranks as the third-longest UH losing streak in program history.
            **With four (4) consecutive losses at home, UH’s current streak ties for fifth longest home losing streak.
— San José State prevents UH from starting a win streak after winning last year on the road at SJSU, 13-0.
— SJSU collects a win in the series for the third time in the last five years and wins its second straight trip to Aloha     Stadium.
—Hawai‘i overall Mountain West record falls to 4-27 (.129), 4-25 under coach Norm Chow, and 0-3 under interim coach         Chris Naeole.
            **The UH Mountain West losing streak grows to nine (9) games, beginning with Fresno State on Nov. 29, 2014,                 tying for the third-longest conference losing streak in program history, and the longest losing streak in Mountain                 West losses.
            **Naeole is the program’s first interim coach to be active during a season.
—UH holds a 2-10 record after 12 games for the first time since 1996 under coach Fred Von Appen.
 
Team Notes:
—Smallest recorded Aloha Stadium attendance was 14,169 vs. UTEP on Nov. 20, 1976—Saturday’s issued attendance     was 20,320, 11,625 through the turnstile.
—Paul Harris rushed for 179-yards on a career-best 29 carries, his third consecutive game of 100+ yards and is the first     UH runner to do so since James Fenderson went over the century mark for three (3) straight in 2000 against Fresno     State, Nevada and Louisiana Tech.
—Harris is the first rusher to record five (5) games of 100+ yards rushing in a season since Travis Sims (9) in 1992
                **Alex Green had four in 2010, games of 172, 107, 327 and 136 yards. Nate Ilaoa also had four in 2006.
—With 966 yards on the year, Harris has the most rushing yards in a season since Alex Green registered 1,199 in 2010,     the last 1,000-yard rusher.
—Making the 77-yard touchdown reception off a tipped ball defelected off Isaiah Bernard in the third quarter, Devan 
    Stubblefield made his longest reception this season and the second-longest passing play for UH this season.    

            **The touchdown pass from Ikaika Woolsey was his career-longest pass completion.
—Devan Stubblefield recorded his second 100+ yard receiving game of the season after catching three passes for 101     yards and one touchdown.
—Making his first career start at UH as a slot receiver, Makoa Camanse Stevens made a catch for the third consecutive     game, putting up 148 yards on 10 receptions over the last three (3) games. His 5-yard touchdown reception from     Ikaika Woolsey marked his second-straight touchdown game of the season.
—FB Justin Vele made his first carry of the season in the second quarter—a 3-yarder for a first down—ending a 13-game     streak without a rush for the senior.
            **Vele tied his career carries with two (2) touches, logging four (4) yards against SJSU. 
— UH’s 14-play, 65-yard drive in the second quarter chewed up 6:05 before falling short at the SJSU 10-yard line, marking     the second longest possession of the season for UH, the longest being 6:13 at New Mexico
— At 35-0 going into the locker room, UH trailed with the largest home halftime deficit since trailing No. 1 USC 41-0 in     1999 at the break.
— The fourth quarter safety by the Rainbow Warriors with 11:41 remaining was the first for UH since Nov. 8, 2014 at     Colorado State.
